THE HURRICANES OF CHANGE

In the previous report, Their Reign is Ending, we explained that the evil elites are no longer untouchable. The P Diddy case is now revealing the Satanic Pedophile rings. And as it was officially disclosed, this is all part of a Secret Financial War that is ongoing now when the Cycles of Heaven have Shifted.

"The next list of names that's gonna drop are some power-brockers... the people that really pull the strings. The next list on the Diddy's 'Freak-Off' parties is the scary one... and how many Royals are on that list, is quiet scary." Gene Decode

In response to that, now we see 19 tornados in Florida, and in North Carolina, hurricane Helene, to destroy towns, everything - shocking devastation. We see now Weather being used as a Weapon. There is no way these are natural. The weather manipulation have become the new battleground. 

The Weather Warfare

Why do we see all of these places flooded all around the world at the same time, out of nowhere?

The Storms Targeted Areas with High Satanic Activity

Pay attention to Jessie Czebotar's observation of the areas damaged by the recent Floods and Storms:

Yes, the Hurricanes are used for freeing land reach on Lithium or other resources. But is the Alliance using that, as Jessie hinted, against Satanic underground infrastructures? Here's what a Space Force source said about the North Carolina meteorologist attack:

A sign that this is a military operation, Fulford writes, is that it is impossible to operate a mobile phone in the flooded area and that private helicopters are not allowed to evacuate people from the area. This is to prevent high-ranking satanic pedophiles from escaping, space force sources say. 

1. Disclosing the Misuse of Weather Engineering 

They have been controlling the weather for years, but only now the Alliance is uncovering it for us to see.

The town of Spruce Pine is blocked by flooding on the main roads to the two mines that are the sole supplier of the quartz. The area is also home to the largest lithium deposits in the world.

2. Hurricane Uncovers Underground Tunnels

The Hurricane Milton hit Florida uncovering child trafficking tunnels beneath Disney World. (WTP News)

Notice that Hurricane Milton headed towards the Florida-Haiti 600 miles Interstate Tunnel used to traffic children from Latin America to Caribbean to the US. The tunnel that began construction in 2000, is an underwater highway tunnel spanning from southern Florida, outside of Miami to northern Haiti. Was completed in 2011, but used unofficially.

17 Oct. 2024: "All tunnels beneath Disney World in Florida have been destroyed. 157 arrested for child trafficking."

According to sources, these are ongoing operations to uproot this evil system. On 8 Oct. 2024 the Alliance caught FEMA Agents with kidnapped children for their international Child Sex Trafficking Ring. 

3. Targeting Occult Witchcraft Community and High Satanic Priest

On the same day in Candler North Carolina was arrested the king pin of all time human traffickers, known as the "High Horsman," along with 41 of his men. (4:24) He was avoiding capture for 30 years, with 18 plastic operations. Very dangerous Satanic Coven.

Reportedly, the coalition had to fight with FEMA Agents in order to get to this Satanic Coven of Chandler NC. Chandler NC is considered a hotbed WICCAN community composed of witches, witchcraft and the Occult. After Hurricane Helene, numerous babies' bodies had been seen floating in the local river. They were not from local families, but from the flooded DUMB Underground Tunnel beneath Chandler.  

Now Fulford reports that the attack on Maui was also carried out to seize the properties of common criminals from Vanguard, State Street, Invesco, etc. for thieves. 

4. Arresting Corrupt Agents

The Alliance had recently arrested FEMA Director Deanne Criswell for kidnapping and killing victims of the Maui DEW Fires in Aug. 2023. And Florida governor, Ron DeSantis had clearly announced that the state didn't want FEMA in his state.

Deliberately Creating Crises

Creating the problem to voluntary accept their solutions. 

FEMA was suspected of actually creating Hurricane Milton in order to feed off the victims, just as they had in Hurricane Helen, Katrina and DEW set fires in California and Maui.

Weaponization of Children

Dissolution of the Crown Corporation

Spiritual changes precede the physical changes in the world. But physical conditions were made first to make these spiritual changes.

Thus, two practically lifeless deserts become habitable. Could the white hats be using weather-altering technology to increase the abundance and diversity of life on Earth by creating new ecosystems? However, amidst this prolonged invisible war, and lack of obvious positive developments, many of us are becoming disillusioned.
